How fast do you reply to a new inquiry?
An automatic receipt confirmation lands the same business day. The first human reply lands within 1 business day. A scoped reply, a sample plan or a quotation scope lands within 2 business days. The window restarts to the next business day for inquiries received outside Mon to Fri 09:00 to 18:00 UTC+8.
Can I visit the Wuhan facility before placing an order?
Yes, by appointment. Mention a visit in your inquiry message. We propose a window in the next reply and we share the address once a window is confirmed.
What is the minimum to start a conversation? Are we too small?
There is no minimum to open a conversation. The conversation starts with an inquiry and a track. We discuss volume after we understand the brand and the market you serve.
Do you sign an NDA before sharing custom-platform details?
Yes. Anything beyond the public UNICUT spec sheet is shared after a mutual NDA is signed. The NDA template arrives in the first or second reply.
What is a realistic lead time for a sample shipment?
Lead time depends on the inquiry track and the model. We share a scoped sample plan inside the 2-business-day reply window described in the response slab above.
Which languages can your team communicate in?
English for sales and engineering. Mandarin for the Wuhan office. Mention any other working language in your inquiry and we route accordingly.
